#1 contender for his belt, undefeated, speak french, an no question would travel to canada, he has traveled out the country he fights out of, France. he is 36, i am sure 1 payday for the road would not hurt

 

I don't have a link but Kessler himself said a couple of weeks ago that his condition hasn't improved. There has been a full year since his fight against Ward. It doesn't smell good. He may want to come back but will he be able to? And will he be a more faded version of himself?

I think the Martinez fight has a very good chance of happening.

I mean, the guy is not tied to HBO, he wouldn't be afraid to fight at 168 or in Québec, he has 3 maybe 4 fights left and he wants big money fights.

Plus, he doesn't have a lot of options: Manny is fighting Mosley, Cotto is fighting Margarito, PBF is still on vacation...

Oh, and there are no big fights at 160.

 

I think Dirrell has the potential to beat bute. would be a fun fight

For Bute's 3 fights on Showtime, he should face:

Froch
Ward
Kessler

But Froch and Ward are in the Super 6 and Kessler is injured or retired.


So Bute will probably face Andre Dirrell.

 

That would be great. Maybe not so much for hardcore Bute fans though, because it'd be the end of his undefeated record.

 

Forch and Ward are in S6 so no way ... but i think Bute will face Dawson as hes next ... and then Dirrell and then the S6 winer hat will be Ward ... and the winer form bute-ward will face the winner from pascal-forch . that will be nice hope soo

 

Bute will fight another non threat in the Bell Centre with his Interbox paid ref and judges to bail him out if need be, probably with Diaconu and Jo Jo Dan also on the card....another Quebecer jerk off festival.

I call BULL**** on the bold part. Martinez called out 39 year old Mosely who had a draw wtih MMora. Angulo who got beat up by Cintron. Pac who belongs no higher than 140. Cotto who belongs at 147. Floyd who belongs at 147. And HBO had to force him to fight Williams a second time. Martinez fought one middleweight his entire career, and he is very obviously looking to make that the last middleweight he fights. This clown will fight Bute at 168 on the same day that purple monkeys fly out of your ass.
