***Bute would DESTROY Ward or Froch***

    Haha, slightly different knocking out someone of Carl Frochs calibre, than this glass-jawed Mendy guy who got trashed by Bika, wouldn't you say? :lol:

    Ward and Froch are on a different level that Bute's recent opponents, so I don't see him blowing them away. They both have solid chins, and boxing ability, but Bute brings some things that will be hard for them to deal with.

    Froch is easy to hit, and against Bute, that would spell trouble. Ward knows how to keep in range and take away your ability to hit him clean, so that'be a tough one for Bute.

    If Bute grew the balls to fight a real opponent, or Ward grew the balls to leave his house for his fights, I would love to see any of these fights. Ward/Froch, Bute/Froch, Bute/Ward, FTW.

    Ward is a class above bute fo sho.

    Bute said 10 minute ago that his next fight will be on 5 November against Pavlik. He hopes KP win his fight in order to make this fight possible.

    All things considered Magee, Brinkley, and Andrade are probably Bute's top 3 wins. There is nothing on record to support the hypothesis that Bute would "destroy" any top tier fighter. I am in fact a Bute fan, and I think he matches up well with the best in the division, but this thread is a typical ESB over-reaction to a KO.

    you're forgetting Bika and you're seriously underestimating Berrio; Anthony Dirrell vs. Alejandro Berrio will be a very interesting bout

    Ok so bute atm has an impressive knockout over andrade and a decent victory over bika.

    Let's remember that bika essentially blew out mendy in 1 round.

    If bute can stop or dominate pavlik his resume shapes up much better.

    Until then i'd still put ward a heavy favourite.

    As for froch, the way he keeps his hands down against a power puncher like bute just screams knockout to me.

    Kessler is another man who, for now, i'd favour over bute.

    Bute is a top 5 titlist atm definitely. But I can't put him above froch, ward nor mikel.

    Would be very interesting seeing him against dirrel also but andre himself is a bit too green atm to favour him above bute.
