    is it posible that a champion from ibf to force a chanpion from other boxing organizations into a title fight ? sorry i'm not good at rules and regulations.and how does the fighters are chose for a mandatory (i guess by ranking - i'd to know a little more specific) ...help me on this :oops:

    1 cant be forced, but if the networks want the fight, big money usually is a key into making it happen. The problem is the current WBO belt holder is someone that HBO/SHO have no interest as an opponenet.
