Loved the highlight reel knockouts both produced on their way up as boxing needs more concussive conclusions but when they were paired against rugged opponents that pushed their will, (JML vs Matagwa; Bute vs Andrade I) they totally fell apart. These were early signs these two fighters were never to be placed in the ring with opponents that had survived harder litmus tests in their careers and would walk thru their power punches. As for Froch, he was sensational last night, I think he would mop the floor with Kessler's name if they have a rematch and he fights as aggressively as he did last night. Also, he is a great orator, and witty trash talking never hurts in the pre-fight build up which is missing immensely these days in boxing (e.g. Mayorga, Tyson, Nassem Hamed, James Toney etc). Overall, a good night for boxing and us fans, as the theater of unexpected produced a match-up and conclusion to redeem it self from the current pair of scandals we have been left to digest.
Don't compare Bute to JuanMa, while Bute may have got exposed he was a gent post fight while that whiny glass jawed fraud Lopez tried to accuse the ref of being some sort of gambling addict.
True about the sportsmanship and class differential, as Bute is far more distinguished than JuanMa who was just bitter about losing again on his own turf. As far as the path to their most devastating defeats, there are some similarities though
Bro dont u ever compare juanma to bute's ***** ass,...juanma actually beat a few good fighters,...bute has not beat 1 quality fighter,..and an old glen doesnt count he was like 54 years old,...bute was a fraude and finally it showed. Bute is garbage as ****.
