Bute's Resume vs Pascal's

This is of course his best win, but still Pascal's resume is better.

 

By the way... Bute and his team should have a look at this thread.

Pascal has a couple of losses but is still rated much higher than Bute. Pascal went overseas to face Froch. He lost in a very close fight. This helped him rather than hurt him.

I hope Bute and team takes this as a lesson and goes to Nottingham or Copenhagen.

 

this shouldnt even be a poll. I would think that is pretty much universal that Pascal has a better resume.

I think that Bute is a good fighter, and would beat alot of fighters. With that being said, his resume is one of the weakest amoung world champions. I would even say that its the weakest. Its starting to look aot like Yori Boy Campas first 56 fights, and thats sad. Unlike Yori Boy Bute is actaully pretty talented.

Im starting to wonder if they in his camp know something. All I ever hear is his fighting this guy and wants to fight that guy but nothing is happening. Now anyone with ANY common sense knows that EVERYONE isnt ducking Bute. It has to be something going on with his team that he isnt getting the bigger fights with the better fighters. Excuse for this and excuse for that, or he wont fight and he is scared isnt floating anymore at this point.

 

Let's see.....Bute has called out Steiglitz, Pavlik, Kessler, froch, Ward.....all the while offering them career high paydays........

Kessler hasn't been offered a career high payday by Bute. He got 5 mil $ for the Calzaghe fight.

 

And what was the payday with Ward?

The fact that Buté was not invited in the Supersix, placed him in a particular situation. Imagine if Ward, Froch or Kessler was the one not invited. What opponent during this time the one could confront.

Curiously, it is now Pascal who is in a kind of particular situation. His last fight was in may 2011.(We are close from one year without fighting !) He has lost his belt and at this moment, it seems difficult for him to get a new fight.

Yes Pascal has bigger names, but the Ko statement with Andrade 2 and the complete domination of Johnson ( a big name) gives equal performances for me.

You wont see one. these Bute fans are starting to reach lows only see by *******s. They just make stuff up and throw it out there.

 

Pascal's W over Dawson is levels above rest of Bute's resume. He only lost to 2 elite fighters: Froch and Bhop. Bute never faced any elite fighter. Even if Bute beats Froch, i'd still rank Pascal higher. The Cobra might be on his way down now, after so many wars. Bute doesn't fight a guy who is in his prime. Besides we all know that Andrade got robbed a KO victory

 

He got 3.7 mill for the Mundine fight in Sydney and 3.5 mill for Beyer.

He was also the highest paid in the super six.

So this promised 2 mill is rather low on the list.

 

Kessler is the best paid boxer in SMW by a mile , then you got Bute who got paid career high 1,5 millions ( or a litlle less)

There only Sauerland who can pay Kessler that high , i assume Kessler had a final (ppv,shotime and gate) between 1,5 and 2 millions to face Bute, it's a nice payday for eveybody exept Kessler

 

Yes, Kessler draws full houses in Europe no matter who he fights.

 

IBOX would never be able to offer him enough , maybe if Sauerland make the same kind of offer he did to Stieglitz we could see Bute going in Danemark to fight Kessler , but i still got a sour taste in my mouth about the Lucas-Beyer. I'm sure Ibox got the same taste in there mouth (not the taste of Bute balls :bart)
