Bute's Win over Andrade Diminishes Andre Ward's Defeat of Mikkel Kessler

    Here's the executive summary:

    * This thread is a response to other, similar threads that are made by Joe Calzaghe haters who want to diminish Mikkel Kessler to hurt Calzaghe's resume, not realizing that there are two sides to that coin

    * If Bute beating Andrade easier than did Kessler hurts Kessler's stock, then it not only supposedly hurts Calzaghe by extension, it also hurts Andre Ward.

    That's the general thrust here.

    Every time a guy loses or wins, you'll get these kinds of threads on ESB. Particularly if they've had some fights with other big-time fighters.

    Beating in 4th is much more than beating morally after 12 rds, when without his own mistake, B. would have had a clear win.
    No one stands now is 1-1, even from those who claimed robbery in 1st.

    How dare you to say Pascal clowned Diaconu ?
    Wasn`t a candidate to the fight of the year ? Or you`re out of information?

    And by the way. Doesn`t matter how many amators of these forum say Ward hasn`t been eclipsed by Bute since the board of The Ring Magazine voted 5-1 for Bute for taking the top spot instead of your favorite. The same thing did BoxRec. So please, all amators shut up when the professionals speak.
    And finally, I want to hear yor voice if the "clown" Diaconu will take back the belt.

    There is no correlation between both fights. a>b, c>d therefore c>a. It doesnt make any sense.

    unfortunate we have to wait for bute and the winner of super six to be matched in a fight which if that even happens but till than ill like to see bute try to unify with the wbo title against the winner of stieglitz-miranda fight and maybe take on the likes of allen green and the alternate replacements for super six.

    this. except i did rate kessler and still do. it just so happens he got owned by the best SMW out there in andre ward.

    That is what I love about you closet bigots. You guys use any and everything to try to rationalize your bigotry and hide it behind "analysis". In truth you just show your true colors.

    Why stomp on Kessler? Were you always this down on Kessler? He lost to a better fighter in a rough fight. We won't know anything until the man comes back or never crosses the pond again. He might even ask for a rematch.

    What you really want to say is that Andre Ward is a piece of crap fighter. Why don't you mention how soft Calzaghe's resume is looking lately? Why? Judging from your avatar I see a trend... Don't hide it. Own your hate. :good

    * Tyson
    * Hagler
    * Toney
    * Holyfield
    * Hopkins

    Etc, etc.

    By the way, I'm Latino, not white.

    We've done this dance so many times -- or at least I have -- that it's just sad now to see it resurrected again.

    If you want to see what the thread is all about, go to post #61 above.

    If guys want to play the "Calzaghe is diminished because Andrade lost to Bute, so that hurts Kessler, which hurts Calzaghe" game, then it's just as easy to say "Bute KO'd Andrade, Kessler didn't KO Andrade, that hurts Andre 'BALCO Victor Conte' Ward" just as easily.

    But you guys don't get that until someone lays it out for you.
