Hope someone can help here. I have just bought a new house which comes with a double garage which will probably never have a car in it. Was planning on getting some equipment in including a heavy bag but have no idea what to buy. Can anyone give me some good advice?

    Buy a heavybag

Get a speedball fitted on the wall

Get a floor to ceiling ball

    Just get good quality equipment.............

Not shitty cheap equipment because they bust easy

I had a speedball for years and it finally worn out

Then I bought a cheap one and it bust in a week

Spend that bit extra - and you will save in the long run

I had my speedball from a shop up in Cardiff that specialises in Boxing Equipment

The bloke who runs the shop told me Naz popped in before the Steve Robinson fight to buy some boxing boots

    Years ago

I live in Swansea - about 50 miles away from Cardiff - so only been back on fo there a handful of times over the years - to see Calzaghe and Enzo fight, etc.

Back at the time in the 1990's I was boxing over the club at the time and really in my training

So I went up to cardiff and bought a speedball and the backboard to fit on the wall

    the speedball lasted years

    and then finally worn out

    so I bought a £20 from Argos - bust in a week

and I bought another £20 from Argos - bust in a month or so

    ****ing ****

I went back up to cardiff only recently to the same shop and bought a new Speedball for £40 - a Lonsdale one

    So far so good

Word of advice - dont buy BBE equipment that Argos sell - not speedballs or heavybags - or floor to ceiling balls - they are ****ing cheap **** :dead

I ordered a good floor to ceiling ball from the back of Boxing Monthly before too

What I'm saying is standard places like Argos - just sell cheap ****

You got to go to the boxing specialists to get the good quality

You can order stuff off Boxing Monthly - good quality suppliers

PRO-TEC make small and normal sized floor to ceilings - they cater for real pro's and they are quality

    Dont listen to him

    He is just **** stirring

    Bryan are OK

    Its BBE that bust

And heavybags are more durable than Floor to ceiling balls and Speedballs which can get punctures.
