Wilder isn't some extraordinary name in US. And after a number of losses, which US fan is going to pay $100 USD to watch Wilder get beaten pillar to post with less than a 10% punchers chance at best?

If Wilder was undefeated or if he has 1-2 losses at best, the fight might sell a little better. But at this point? Jesus. Even the most casual fans know Wilder has no chance to why would they pay for it?

I live in Canada and i bought the Usyk-Dubois PPV, and Usyk-Fury 2, and Usyk-Fury 1. I ain't paying for Usyk-Wilder. If it is shown in a bar, i will go to the bar, get a couple of drinks, and watch, but i am not shelling out money for a PPV.

And i suspect US fans won't either. Wilder isn't a big enough name, has had too many losses, and even casual fans don't give him a shot. +

I'm American. This better be a ridiculously good undercard if they think I'm going to pay $100 for it. If I thought Wilder had a shot, I'd be pumped to watch. But he doesn't. You'd have to replace Usyk with one of the second tier guys, like Makhmudov or Dave Allen, for me to think Wilder has any shot at all.

I really have no interest in a Wilder fight, Usyk-Kabayel is the fight we all want.

He's already abandoned one, and I think he will either try to pick that one up again, or fight Kabayel. He wanted Wilder, and may not get him.

Good.

Usyk should retire or face Wardley.

Wilder vs Chisora, Miller, Anderson, Bakole, are all way better more practical fights.
Then if he can beat one or two of these guys, maybe the Usyk fight gets some momentum.

A heard a couple of different channels talk about how no one wants to host it. This is some good news, if true. No one really wants this fight. I am more amendable to it that most, and I would much rather see Kabayel, Wardley or Parker. The free market may do the trick for us.
