    yeah very hard to split between kovalev and stevenson...

    i went with kovalev, probably just because i like him more lol

    What's remarkable to me is that Kovalev has barely had anything in terms of traditional promotion. The guy has only had a 'proper' promoter for a year (4 fights with ME) and hasn't really been sold heavily. His fists have done the talking for him and have obviously made quite an impression. I'm a big GGG fan also, but Kovalev seems to have created more of a buzz without the efforts of the boxing press than GGG has with the weight of HBO behind him.

    I said it before - I want to see your votes but any comments you have about the nominees ( or those who shoulda been candidates) would be even better.

    Rigondeaux should be a runaway shoe-in for fighter of the year by every reputable publication.

    Floyd & Garcia are solid runner-ups.

    Kovalev?????? :patsch:lol:

    He's not even the most accomplished fighter in his own weightclass.
