It will look good when remembering his career, it just doesnt do much right now while he is still fighting, it doesnt make march 13th any more exciting.
I personally dont care about awards. I would rather see mayweather vs mosley than to have them give mayweather an award when he is about to fight a bum.

First of all, Clottey is not a bum. You've gotta be a ****ing idiot to consider the #4 guy in one of the most stacked divisions a bum. Clottey would probably be near even odds against Mosley.

Secondly, Pac got that award after he beat several ATG's and HOF's, most of them in dominant fashion. His upcoming fight in 2010 against a solid top contender has nothing to do with an award that recognizes his overall superior ability from 2000 to 2009
