Atif "Lord Pretty Calvo" is the big bald 6'3" southpaw.

Chown "Chop Chop" Sims has the 1980s style hi-top.

Began working the body, guard came down, Sims was taking lumps and the ref stepped in.

Oberlton improves to now 13-0 with 11 stoppages. Sims falls to 10-2.

 

Natali Francesca Núñez vs. Brittany Sims, 10x2" rounds @ bantamweight.

 

Brittany "Eagle Flex" Sims is no relation to Chown from the previous fight, just coincidentally shares a surname but from a completely different part of the country. I... don't understand her nickname.

Natali "The Machine of Cataluña" Francesca Núñez is a smokeshow of a Spaniard. Especially for being 36!

Sims is 8-3 and Francesca is 7-5, and both are in the mid-thirties...so it's safe to say neither is destined to conquer the boxing world.

 

Francesca has challenged for the Spanish national and EBU bantamweight titles, losing decisions for each belt twice. Sims has never graduated beyond 8-rounders, but is on a six win streak after starting her career 2-3.

 

@CST80 not sure what's up on the ProBox card at the moment, but you should clap eyes on Francesca.

 

Francesca has zero kayos to her name but she is coming ON in the 5th...walking Sims down with heavy body shots and overhand rights.

 

Close, fun and well-fought sixth... Sims might have retaken control with the check hooks pivoting off the ropes.

 

For such trash records this is a good boxing match.

 

I have absolutely no idea what to expect on the scorecards.

Rounds 1-3 all could have swung either way. Francesca won the 5th, 8th and 9th. Sims won the 4th, 6th and 7th.

Heading into the final round... should be a war on which the outcome may hinge!

 

Pretty sure the judges will lean Sims' way in R10 and the fight overall.

A draw or close win for Francesca would be fine (if mildly surprising)
