By not agreeing to the test, Pac deserves all the suspicion laid upon him. And...

Then Roach was wrong. Mayweather Sr prepared Hatton but Hatton ignored everything he was told. Ignored him in the corner prefering to take the advice of a no-mark and went jumping in with his chin up and hands down.

No matter which way you spin it Manny is guity of something. With all the spin and bullsh!t I see a stellar career in politics ahead. Seems like WaPakMan is believing his own 'superhero' hype. What a joke.

I've already stated elsewhere on this thread that the Nevada Boxing Commission should be demanding this test. Now STFU.

    Guilty of what?

Guilty of not agreeing to Mayweather's unprecedented bitchy demand? Even if there is no basis for that?

It's unprecedented, doesn't mean it always should be so. The kind of drug testing the Mayweathers are asking for is nothing that shouldn't have been done before now in boxing.

From that I made an assumption without having read a single thread today.

CORRECTION... ppl think that "INNOCENT 'TIL PROVEN GUILTY" means a suspect can just stay silent, invoke the fifth ammendment and VOILA!!, case solved, the prosecution will just relinquish the case because the suspect doesn't want to cooperate, after all he's innocent, right?... WRONG!!! It doesn't work that way... You have to cooperate to prove ur innocense, after all, it's in your best interest not going to jail and recover your dignity.... only thing in this case, Pac won't go to jail!

Yeah, because the title is all that matters and there weren't other points made. Idiot.

Could I not change the title if I wanted to?

    Let's consider the facts instead.

The stories of Manny's alleged steroid use were floating around from other sources long before it was brought to the contract negotiating table. In fact almost immediately following the Cotto fight Paulie Malignaggi flat out openly accused him of using in a variety of media outlets. The same Paulie Malignaggi that Manny has no issue with despite his claims and wants to fight in leiu of Mayweather it seems.

Aware of the growing voice of disertion regarding Manny, the Mayweather camp with an unbeaten record and a legacy to uphold likely took it under legal advisement to insist on random testing when negotitaions entered a more final state. Any comments made by the Mayweathers have been pretty open ended and contentious at best whereas Malignaggi's accustations were cut and dried.

It was reported that fight negotiations were incredibly smooth until Manny refused the random testing and then blew things out of all proportion seeking legal action against those simply insisting on testing and not his most high profile accuser, whom he will happily fight next.

So, why effectively kill the fight with Mayweather and go after the light hitting Paulie Malignaggi? Simple, Manny is likely guilty, whether he is aware of it or not, is getting incredibly bad advice from his Flipino advisors and now likely off the juice considers Paulie Malignaggi (who is still accusing him in the press by the way) an easy fight.

Personally I hope Manny's roid rage wears off and he reconsiders his ***** move but failing that I hope that Paulie Malignaggi pulls off a Buster Douglas on his cheating ass.

    WaPakMan ducked Floyd. Fact.

    What bias? Am I anti-Pac, or pro-PBF?

Or are you full of ****? Yep, it's the final one.

I have no reason to be biased because I don't care enough about either fighter. I hope Pac's not guilty because he has done amazing things and revitalised boxing when PBF seemed to be all about finding the no risk/high rewards until agreeing to fight Pac. I've maintained that Pac has a far, far stronger resumé than PBF and that he is better for boxing. Pac's exciting and he seldom fails to be in a brilliant fight. But this allegation is important, and if he's guilty you can't sweep it under the rug because of his status and how exciting he is.

CONSENSUS doesn't necessarily translates to COMMON SENSE!!
I don't & can't care 4 what the consensus is, but 1 thing is true... & that is Pacquiao doesn't want/can't prove his innocense....

It has to start somewhere. If it starts and stops with Pacquiao, then yes, it's plain wrong.
