facts - this was a fight for the wbc belt, vada drug testing is mandatory, smith was tested, the wbc gave hopkins an exemption for no specific reason, he wasn't tested at all

its a notable fact that hopkins makes he's opponents sign contracts which state he can't be drug tested and they aren't allowed speak publicaly on the issue. he has also been using trt for quiet some time now

thhe only way you could get more proof than that is if hopkins tested positive for something, but thats never going to happen since no one has any idea they last time he was drug tested, might have been over 10 years ago

 

I don't know if this is true or not but it would not surprise me. Today, all the juice in the world would not have helped Hopkins.
