I got Jennings by WIDE TD.

Bowie has a great beard, and Jennings aint the ginger fighter that Scott is. This is gonna be a tough fight fought in close quarters IMO.

Some ppl say that Jennings don't take punches well to the body, and Im sure Tupou has heard the rumor.

Could be some blood in this one, so I figure a ref stoppage around the 10th for a bad cut will send it to the cards and Jennings will be declared the winner by a margin as large as 98-92.

    Who you got.

Why is Jennings named bye bye when he isn't a puncher?

He's a boxer puncher. He hits sharp for sure. Not a feather fist. Did you see his last fight? 1st round KO! 30 seconds!

Even if he decisions guys,he can still tell them "bye bye have fun fighting scrubs for the next 2 decades."

Koval had lost 7 of his last 8 fights, 6 by KO. Ya that proves he can punch . Jennings has 7 KO's and besides Koval the next best opponent he has stopped had 6 wins 3 losses.

i thought jennings said he got that nickname in high school for a totally separate reason from boxing as he started boxing late. and it doesn't really matter it's just a nickname.

anyway I like Tupou and Jeff Mayweather, they're good people so it's hard to root against them. anything can happen especially if Bowie can land a bomb on Jennings. But I expect Jennings to box his way, showing some versatility and winning the decision or if he can really put some punches together maybe a tko.

I also think Jennings by KO.

    - That's partly wishful thinking, but Jennings has been improving his accuracy & snap in his last few fights. I DO think his KO ability is getting better, that it's not just weak opponents or some fluke.

I also think that Jennings team will be looking for a big KO. They need something impressive to get Jennings further into the public's awareness, to "force" the big fights that he's just about ready for. Whether or not he can GET a KO, I'm positive that he'll be tryng for one, starting in the second round. (He's smart enough to go easy in the first and get a feel for Tupou's pacing.)

And last: Jennings has an 84" reach. Tupou has 74.5" Jennings loves to throw cluster bombs from the outside, so I don't see how Tupou is going to stop all of them. As soon as Jennings turns up the heat, he'll be scoring at will. He should be able to land enough for an "accumulation" KO.

So, well heck, KO round six. -Probably with 1 or 2 KD's in the earlier rounds.

I'm not really convinced Jennings is anything special yet. He wins this one easily though.

He lost by a fluke vs Demtrice King. Guys is a huge puncher and caught him cold early in the fight. No excuses, but the same King caught Stiverne early too......it happens.
Other than that, his only loss was last time out vs Scott, who simply potshotted his way to an accumulation stoppage.

He beat tough, one time contender (and still a sleeper to make a comeback) Donnell Holmes and he has very solid wins over tough journeymen Manny Quezada, Cisse Salif, and Chris Koval.

Yeah, he could have been more active in stepping up, but he's game taking on consecutive tough fights.

I agree with your prediction though, Jennings should win this, but it aint for lack of talent across the ring, but rather because Bye is simply on another level.:good

Yeah, it happens alright - to fighters with SUSPECT WHISKERS!!!!!

Both Tupou and Stiverne have the same problem - a GLASS JAW. In fact, I'd love to see 'em fight to see whose china chin would shatter first! ****, we might see a DOUBLE Knockout in that one! :rofl

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Jennings starches this guy. Once they crack, they don't come back!! :nod

Jennings, because he's a much better overall package.

Tupou is more powerful, and... yeah. That's it.
