I think byrd's turkey is cooked. He wouldnt beat a Calzaghe or Hopkins.

Ok maybe and Erdei, **** Dawson would probably beat him too. Pavlik?:yep

    :conf :conf I also don't know why:huh

I want to add that going back to lightheavy also brings difficulties with it: he is used to fighting at heavy his whole career and therefore is used to THAT pace. Lightheavy guys fight (punch, move, etc.) at a faster pace and also requires pretty much energy.. Byrd's got to get used to that again and adapt.

Yeah, I don't understand the sad part.

It looks like he's just giving his opponent some rounds and working on his opponents technique.

He looks skinny but that's expected.

I can't wait to see him in action. I really want to see what he does. His drastic weight loss could either be really good or an extreme disaster. Either way, I'll tune in!

Byrd looks good now that he is off his steroids. I expect him to do well at 175, he will grow into that weight over the next few months and I see his power and speed being better LT heavy.

Ive always been a Byrd fan, never gave him much of a chance against Wlad though. Wlad is built to beat Byrd. I say Byrd would have made a fool of Lewis though, like Lewis would have made a fool of Wlad. Its been apparent that hes been slipping, he didint even look his best against Holyfield. I think its the hair. Ever since Byrd quit shaving his head he hasent looked as sharp.:nut

Anyway I'm really interested to see him fight at lower weights. It was always apparent that he wasent a natural Heavy, he himself said numerous times that he only fought at heavy because thats where the money was.

Byrd's only weakness at HW was that he didint hit very hard.

Klitschko's only weakness is when someone hits him hard..bad for Byrd.

It would have been nice for Byrd to beat Tua, Lewis, Holyfield, Rahman, and maybe an old Tyson, before he lost to Klitschko, things would seem alot more Solid at HW right now and Byrd could beat anybody on that list.

I've met the dude he's sparring. He's an MMA fighter, not even a boxer. Cool dude though.
