Byrd vs Haye

Tua was 10 years past his prime too. Byrd fought and defeated a much younger Tua. But Haye is great because he beat ancient Barret who beat ancient Tua?:huh

Byrd UD in the states and SD in England...Byrd could box and he had ok defensive skills...he matched up horribly with the Klitschkos but other than that he was aight

 

ya know what..... i don't take Monte as a credible opponent but it does ake me laugh when people rip into Haye for fighting him on this forum.

Because before that fight was signed everyone on this forum thought Haye was going to fight Rahman while Monte was calling him out. Everyone on here was saying Monte was the better fighter and that Haye was scared and didn't want to fight Monte cos he's a live opponent. Haye fights (batters the **** out of) Monte and he's past it, ancient and all the rest of it while Klitschko signed to fight Rahman in his next fight but that was OK?????

Byrd's defensive skills were more than just ok.

 

Byrd used a peekaboo defense when not throwing leather and relied on OK reflexes when not throwing leather. Nothing spectacular

 

I doubt Haye can beat Chambers let alone prime Byrd.
