Judging by their respective performances against Calzaghe I'd say Mitchell smashes Lacy up.

    Mitchell was a weak champ.

The best of Jeff would walk all over him, not sure we will see the best of Jeff again or not.

Only seen Mitchell against Calzaghe. Anyone got more in depth opinions about him.

He went life and death with Manny Siaca twice if thats any indication. And was nearly stopped by Juilio Cesar Green but sorta lucked out with a cut stoppage.
He didnt do to bad against a fading Ottke but that fight wasnt controversial. Boring as though, like most Ottke fights.
He had some pop but the footage I saw him made me kinda wonder how he made it all the way to champion but the lineage of that title was kinda weak for a couple of years.

I think he made a comeback recently and got stopped.

Cheers! Didn't he beat Liles to win the title though? Not a bad result on paper.

You know I never saw that fight but Frankie was well into is 30's and fighting only yearly at that stage, so he probably wasnt what he was.
