I enjoyed the undercards, and the pac fight was enjoyable, but sad. The kid had no reason to be in there. 5"11 throwing left hooks at the smaller fighter what did he expect. Kid never learned how to fight tall.

I wasn't impressed by the performance and see the true reason they're running from a strong division.

For the record I wasn't impressed with Floyds last outting either. nothing person

I wonder what would you be saying if Algieri would have won. You must be a diehard runweather fun.

Algieri actually has a very good boxing brain, when I first saw him I thought he looked a little ungainly on his feet when he tried to move away but he's actually just that fleet footed for a big guy (taking wet surfaces out of the equation)

Pacquiao showed he's still firmly on another level and I think it's pretty harsh to say he didn't try to finish him because like Algieri basically alluded to, when he's punching you in the face over and over again it's easy for somebody else to say he's taking it easy on you

There was zero chance of him actually winning. No one with 20 fights and zero amateur experience beats Pac. It has nothing to do with Floyd, he just shouldn't of been in there.

There is no such thing as zero chance in a live sport unless the other guy or team is going to take a dive.

Why not though? I think Algieri is world class, certainly compared to many of the other fighters tonight and that includes some with plenty of amateur experience, he was just in with a still hot Pacquiao

Damn.....I wouldn't go that far! Chris is not a "C" level guy...He'd compete with guys like Danny Garcia...of course guys like Provo and Tim.

Manny and Floyd are just atop a level most guys never reach.

But the trainer is f*cking bush!

Runweather but always outlands his opponents...does not compute

Thai Pacquiao and the Chinese guy was a fun watch IMO

No he needs to fire both of his trainers

Chris does not have real footwork he fights like he is running he is not moving and boxing

he has a very bad jab he throws pitter pat jab while he is going backward no steam on the jab

Chis needs to learn to boxing basics from a real Trainer

He survived and ran. Fought off the back foot and never really tried to win. He started off slow and quickly found out he wasn't in the same league so he went into survival mode.

This. Add the fact that his corner had no real knowledge to give him the guy was just doomed

His corner was a disgrace.....but Chris isn't a "C" level guy. He's got the skills and style to beat some top guys at 140 or give them some major problems. He's proven that....but there are levels that Chris and many other just won't reach. Floyd and PAC are definitely there......Algeri doesn't have the talent to reach that level in his career.
