If Cab keeps winning his time with Gamboa will come.

I wasn't aware that Caballero turned down 250k. That's his fault, then. I'm not sure how much he thinks he's worth.

I'm also leaning towards a Caballero victory.

Caballero has as much of a claim to being the WBA champ then Gamboa does. He's a paper champ to the highest order. Chris John is the real WBA champion and Gamboa and Caballero are just the top rated contenders.

And Arum offers Caballero who was the WBA and IBF champ at 122 and the WBA interim champion and his resume blows Gamboa's out of the water gets offered 250k but then they offer Elio Rojas who is almost completely unknown even to hardcore fans 300k??? Rojas hasnt even been on TV in america.

Caballero isnt out of order asking for 50-50 which I dont even think he's doing he just wants a reasonable offer.

the problem was they wanted caballero to take 250k while gamboa wanted 1 million. no way would gamboa get that much. and i do agree gamboa should make more, but that difference is a little extreme. i think pelenchin would have taken a 60/40 split in gamboa's favor. and whoever said cab wanted 1 million for the fight is on crack. he told me that the biggest problem in the fight wasnt what he wanted, but what gamboa was asking for

on a side note www.celestinocaballero.com is up

that's a stupid excuse.. no matter what gamboa asks for caballeron knows gamboa aint getting a million dollars.. besides worry about your own contract and not about your opponents... 250k is a lot of money for a fighter that doesnt attract a lot of ppv buys.. but gamboa doesnt have a following either so i dont know how arum can make this fight viable money wise... too much money going to the fighters and he wont make it back

yes, because we know in boxing the fighters NEVER worry about what their opponents make. every fighter just takes what they are offered and goes out and fights. but like i said, the fight was not made because pelenchin turned down the money. it wasnt made because the money was wrong on BOTH SIDES. that means gamboa wanted too much as well as pelenchin wanting closer to equal money

Nice website for "The Towering Inferno". :good I'm a big fan of Caba.

BTW, I'm the first one to vote in your poll and I pick Rafa as the next opponent for Caba. I think Rafa is a better match-up for Caba at this time. ;)

thanks. i am going to be doing a lot of work to make it better. i am kind of learning on the fly. i am going to get some interviews up with him and you can also look for more videos similar to what you saw him do when calling out juanma. he doesnt really want it to be a vanilla site, so we are gonna make some waves with it. its just been a little tough to hook up with him the past few weeks. i havent seen him since we went to the ufc expo. but i have to take him to an immigration lawyer here in a few days. i will keep everyone up to date on anything new.

i also want to get some stuff up with jeff on there. so keep an eye out for that

yea, make no mistake, his first choice is juanma. trust me, all that calling out he does is not to try to make a name for himself. he truly wants to beat his ass for some reason.
