Caballero lost to Castellano?

    He was like a poor mans', weaker punching Paul Williams. And now he's well past it, very old for his weight class and fight experience.

    Bad run in his career after he shutout Yordan on HBO. Way, way too inactive at his age and with his style.

    edit: haven't seen Caballero/Castellanos yet but I am interested to do so. My prediction for it was a Caballero MD, so I'm by no means stunned with the result.

    Losing to Litzau is humiliating, for someone of Pelenchin's stature.

    So for that matter is a valid loss to Barros, to a lesser extent - although not everyone agrees on that one, and Caballero more than proved the gulf in class when he got revenge in the rematch.

    He's been very inconsistent since beating Yordan - three years ago. Half of his performances between Yordan and Castellanos (Barros I and Litzau) have been utter ****; the other half (Barros II and Hosono) decent but still not up to prime Caballero snuff.

    i always thought he was overrated....but esb loved him for some reason
