Cable punching gadget?

    I’ve seen Holyfield use one they are a back pack with cables that attach to your hands or gloves and are supposed to increase speed and punching power yadda yadda, they look cool I want one what are they called again?

    My uncle gave me one years ago - in the early 90s. I think it was called a resistance punching vest. don't quote me but google should have some answers.
