    Hi all,

Just letting you know that I have taken over Cabramatta PCYC as Head Trainer.

After roughly 20 years with Steve Chester as Head Trainer, a good friend of mine and trainer, I have been asked to take over has Steve moved on.
Congratulations to Steve on all your achievements, and Im sure that a lot of boys from the West either trained with Steve or had something to do with him in boxing.

Last weekend at our first competition, 2 young guys entered. One in the Heavy weight division and one in the 60kg class,

We had a winner in the 60kg class and now is the NSW industry State Champion. The Heavyweight had a good semi final appearance.
So well done to both of them.

The gym has roughly 30 - 40 students, 10 are constantly sparring.
If anyone wants to come down, individually or Clubs, let us know.

    Thanks

Steve is good friend of mine and did a fantastic job as trainer there. His dedication to that club and the kids was unreal, he served them with as much passion as anyone could.

Great bloke and a great mentor. I still pop in and ask for advice from Steve with our boys.

Good luck and best wishes in your new role cabanna. Congrats to you and the boys for
some good results. How many fights has the 60kg kid had, we might be able to do some sparring with him in the future.

    Cheers

Good old Cabra' lived there a few years ago, used to jogging first thing in the morning, Funny to see the that when 'people' saw me running their first thought was that I was getting chased by the cops or some thing and did not know weather to run aswell.

Funny that when i tell the boys to go for a run outside i dont see them for about two weeks
and when i ask them what happened they answer got picked up by cops were in remand,
so running is out of the question especialy if there fighting that week
