Some quality fights on Saturday night's show! Here's a report from the card. Nelson and Knapp were very impressive in particular. Arish looked good, and it will be interesting to see how far his wrestling skills will take him. Good to see Gunnar Nelson progressing, he has a lot of promise. A lot of respected MMA and grappling people speak very highly of him.
And it's absolutely justified I can assure you...Was speaking to Danny Mitchell for about half an hour before his fight with Gunnar, and he was confident and ready. That was the best Danny Mitchell in there, and Gunnar stuck to his strengths and took him apart...Gunnar is for real! I'd like to see him fight Arish next though...Arish has outstanding wrestling, and would be cool to see what Nelson offers standing.
