You're showcasing a very low IQ, like Plant, to pretend like meat contamination isn't a thing in Mexico. "Playing dumb" about the meat contamination problem just shows a complete lack of self awareness about the well known and well documented issue that affects Mexican athletes. Anyone that dumb and low IQ deserves to get slapped like Plant.

Canelo Alvarez may have eaten the contaminated beef that he claims caused him to flunk two doping tests while enjoying a meal with former US President Bill Clinton, it has been claimed. Canelo ate at Sonora Grill in February alongside businessman Carlos Slim and Clinton, after they had all watched a baseball in the Mexican's hometown of Guadalajara.

Athletes have had historical problems with clenbuterol in Mexico, where farmers are known to use it to beef up their livestock. Canelo put forward eight restaurants that he regularly attended during a visit to Mexico. Sonora Grill was visited twice and the first time saw him eat steak alongside Clinton.

"We had a list of eight places where he ate," Sulaiman said. "We can accuse him of being careless and irresponsible but not of being a cheat." "If you go to a restaurant and eat a steak are you to blame? It's hard to simply blame the person. (But) a high-end athlete like Canelo should be more careful. You should have a nutritionist and be more careful."

So where is this a "naive" belief? The foremost authority involved in the investigation concluded that we cannot accuse him of cheating, that it's hard to blame a person for going to a restaurant and eating a steak. It would be naive to ignore the experts, it would also be naive to ignore the fact that as a result of this situation, there is now a threshold for trace amounts of clenbuterol. Because the wider drug testing community recognizes now that it is wrong to punish or suspend a Mexican athlete for simple dining at a restaraunt.

How about you stop making excuses for Plant for being so ignorant and foolish by pretending like meat contamination isn't a thing in Mexico, and using his naivety to accuse Canelo of being a drugs cheat. Plant deserved to be slapped silly for not only accusing Canelo of being a cheat, but also for accusing his trainer Eddy Reynoso of being responsible for Valdez testing positive, when it's obvious that Eddy is a trainer, not a nutritionist and would have nothing to do with his intake of substances.
