Who would win, and how would it play out? This fight would be a barn burner!! What do you think?

I think it would be another razor close loss for Derevyanchenko, as in, it could go either way. I wouldn't even mind seeing Derevyanchenko vs Canelo, but that would be a hard sell because of all the razor close losses on his record.

If this fight had happened earlier in the previous years Derevyanchenko would have mopped Plant & exposed him for the true low level hyped cherry picker he always truly was & is, though now i bet it would be a different fight completely luckily for Plant especially after the near razor war loss Derv just went through with Munguia.

I still think it be a close fight as long as Sergiy hasn't gone too far into the deep end.

Derev never ceases to amaze me. He looked tough as nails 168lbs vs Munguia. He needs to get some of those high level wins going on his record, maybe vs Berlanga or others.

The fact people bring up Caleb Plant as a great fighter let alone a good boxer is hilarious, a true PBC hype feast mixed in with Canelo weak comp sympathizers.

Truth is even right now an active Jermall Charlo would beat him silly without any tune ups & in a realistic world Plant would never have even made it to the likes of Canelo in the first place.

The Derev that fought GGG would beat Plant, but now he has too much mileage

I think your characterization of Plant is a bit overstated. Otherwise, your man Benavidez dropped 5 rounds on one card and 4 rounds on another to a "low level cherry picker."

No my characterization is in fact understated, my man Benavidez huh? When was Benavidez ever mentioned by me in my passages?

I mean i do like David as a fighter but probably no wear as near as much on the scales of how in love you are with Plant.

Oh you might also want to go on "www.davidbenavidez.com" heard they got just the kind of Merch for fans like you, check it out.

I love Derevyanchenko but he would somehow lose another close controversial decision on the cards.

Fans like me? Please, man. You don't sh*t about what kind of "fan" I am, so don't act like you do.

Indeed if you did, you'd know I'm ambivalent about Plant. I think he's a solid fighter, which is why I rate Benavidez"s win over him, but that's about it. So you can take your "merch" quip and stuff it where the sun don't shine.

As for mentioning Benavidez, it honestly wasn't intended as a shot or dig. Rather, it was simply acknowledging you like the kid. No more, no less.

We bumped heads once before, but I was under the impression we were square. Apparently not. Lol

    Ain't no loss, though.

I would never back Caleb Plant in a 12 rounder against anyone who can push the fight beyond a sloth’s pace

Jermall would beat him now & that's the funny thing, Charlo would power shot him along with shooting his jab whereas Plant will "Box" haha & act like he actually did something in the fight I bet ya.

Yep, it's gotten very easy just to give it to the other guy. He is way better than his record indicates. That being said, the very same thing could happen against Berlanga unless he completely dominates, because Berlanga, although pretty good and heavy handed, is still a hype job.
