Doing interval training mainly using sprints and at first i'm fine but after a while 10-15 minutes in maybe my calfs start burning up and can't run as well anymore they feel like they're tight and are being stretched when i run Is it a pull, over training what do you think? I'm not sure because each time i do it it feels like a pull but it only kicks in after i've been training for a while so i think just fatigue kicking in or something maybe lactic acid build up? I'm asking cause when i ask other people doing the same thing as me they say their calfs are fine so it seems to just be me
Anything i can do to stop them from tightening up? i mean it seems to be just me having this problem I mean overtraining in general not just from that one session cause i havnt had a rest from training in a while and thought that might be why...
