Calfs Burning up still from Sprints

    Doing interval training mainly using sprints and at first i'm fine but after a while 10-15 minutes in maybe my calfs start burning up and can't run as well anymore they feel like they're tight and are being stretched when i run
    Is it a pull, over training what do you think?
    I'm not sure because each time i do it it feels like a pull but it only kicks in after i've been training for a while so i think just fatigue kicking in or something maybe lactic acid build up? I'm asking cause when i ask other people doing the same thing as me they say their calfs are fine so it seems to just be me

    You're just getting fatigued and your muscles are tightening up. Lol at over training.

    Anything i can do to stop them from tightening up? i mean it seems to be just me having this problem

    I mean overtraining in general not just from that one session cause i havnt had a rest from training in a while and thought that might be why...
