    It has never been proven that mosley knowingly took performance enhancers.

    It was never determine what made Rjj fail his urine test other then a over the counter supplement. The supplement is not allowed but not serious enough for disciplinary action or banning .

    Margario on the other hand , had intent of inflecting serious damage on his opponent with a deadly weapon .

    Hey those are the facts right now, if it found out later that mosley lied then he will get the same thing Bonds is facing , Lying in front of a grand jury, which is a felony and punishable up to one year in prison ..

    As funny as that sounds, it is not too far off the mark. If Margarito is guilty or said to be, he will be fighting within 6 months or a year. I love Mike Tyson, he is about my age and my generation and I think he is one of the greatest heavyweights ever. If you can have the Mike of 1987 fight anyone he comes out pretty good and probably wins, but his action of biting Evander's ear should have gotten him banned for life from boxing. You cannot have things like that in boxing or the sport will not last. Mike Tyson was a student of the sport with Dave Jacobs boxing video library to watch, he knows how great boxing is. If Mike would have been banned I think he would have understood. Mike loves boxing also as we all do. They did penalize Mike, but not what I thought they would. There was too much money to be made from him in boxing to ban him for life. Same with Margarito. Mike was not really ready to fight when he lost to Evander anyway. He probably would have been better to not fight anymore after that. With Margarito, my guess is 6 months or maybe a year. Doesn't matter if it is California or New York state, the states all work together to make money. That is why when one fighter is banned in one state, the punishment carries over to the other states. Usually they can go fight in Europe if they can. That is always an option.

    By the looks of it, it looks as though Margarito Trainer is going to be the fall guy in all of this . Margarito's attorney, will argue that Margarito had no knowledge that his hands were being loaded or wrapped illegally by his trainer Javier Capetillo .. It looks like Margarito will escape with a slap on the wrist .
