Calisthenics for boxing

    Calisthenics for core are great, push ups, pull ups, squats, etc.

    and if u want to add power u can do clap push ups and jump squats after everything else becomes easy
    Im not sure about the slow ones like archer progressions because they are similar to lifting a very heavy weight for less reps (which is not as good as ballistic work) for boxing
