Which is better?

    Boxing training should be based around bodyweight, boxing is an endurance sport. 75% of time based on aerobic training and 25% of time close to the event should be anarobic. Training should be focused on developing co-ordination and skill, co-ordination is best practiced aerobically.
    Hill sprints / normal sprints and anarobic bag work after a large foundation of aerobic work will develop an excellent endurance base.
    Explosive weight training such as clean and jerk could be added for weight management and power, if a person is particually weak and unable to hurt an opponent with clean shots to the chin and liver, although this more than likely will be a problem wìth technique.

    Lifting is better but you can do both

    Which one is better, but for what? In both cases one adds to what the other lacks.
