    i started doing some major push ups throughout the day and I noticed my strength gains already! I think weight training is overrated. Prime Tyson only did calisthenics.

    You must have been weak as **** if you're noticing strenth gains from pushups.

    How did you come to the conclusion weight training is overrated from doing a few pushups?

    evander holyfield lost to lennox lewis because lennox lewis knew holyfield didnt do his roadwork.

    boxers should run, these guys saying that they dont see the need to run and rather cycle or do some other gay crunch fitness gym type excercise are the reason why boxing is falling apart, no tough guys left out there. cant believe i see people crying about running. wow.

    "wahh, i dont wanna run there are other excercises" "awww, running is outdated" "no benefits from running, wahhh" wtff happened to fighters, jeeeeez
