Call it - Shogun vs Hendo! (PS: What a fight!!)

Logic tells me that Hendo doesn't get stopped, so in a protracted stand-up war he will eventually get the upper hand on Mauricio and either outpunch him in the latter half of the fight to earn a decision or get him down and get the stoppage late on.

However, logic doesn't always dictate amazing fights like this. For some reason, I strongly feel that it'll be Shogun with his arm raised at the end of a murderous contest. Dan is 40, Rua is a beast, I think we could finally see a TKO of one of the best fighters and greatest chins in MMA history, Dan Henderson.

I really wish neither had to lose because they are two of my favourite ever fighters. How do you see this one going? :bbb

This is Coleman v Rua, except Hendo can punch, take a punch, grapple with more than a double leg and has a chin

    Hendo late tko, or UD

Hendo will probably get caught early in the first rnd with a punch that wobbles him and as Shogun goes in for the kill Hendo lands the H Bomb and adds another legend to his resume.

Hendo could wrestle but he won't. If he does, Rua jits will help him survive those moments. They will strike. Rua is more fluid. Dan has the right hand but Rua is an overall better strike. Their chins might seperate them though. Dan has been hurt in his last 2 fights so I'm worried his chin might be fading.

If Rua isn't 100% then Hendo will **** his world up.

If Hendo tries to wrestle with Shogun at all he will easily win. Shogun always gasses when he has to grapple.

Can definitely see Hendo getting the late tko. Is this 3 or 5 rounds?
If Rua fights smart, avoids that right hand and takes Dan's legs apart he should be able to get the UD. ****ing dangerous fight for both guys though.

If its the main event, it'll be 5. I'm pretty sure it will be going by the card and Hendo's Strikeforce title, even if it isn't on the line.
