Just watched a brief promo on sky. Khan looks very sharp...... But barrera is a product of everything great about the sport. A working class mexican whose incredible heart and skills allowed him to reach the top of the sport. Khan is a phenom with a terrible chin.... A man whose amateur stardom allowed him to become a millionaire before he even turned professional..... I'm getting a bit hyped for this one.... Barrera is a true great and as a tribute to the legends of the past I would like nothing better then to see him deservedly beat our young pretender. Khan should pay his dues domestically before taking on world class fighters.

    Go on Marco!!!!:happy

Marco looked to be in very good shape. I think this will be a barnstormer with Khan stopped in 6.

    Fully agreed.

MAB is my favourite fighter. I think he still he has enough.

Even if he doesn't i'll cheer him all the way.

No, **** that. Making his name off the back of a great fighter. Throwing money around to get a fight like this. Not fought for a title of any meaning.

I think he can still do it. As long as he can weather the early "storm". I'm sure somebody like Barrera has enough know how and the durability to get through Khan's arm punching, blindingly fast flurries. Take him a few rounds into this and see what he's really got when the pace drops.

Christ can you imagine the Amir fans invading every youtube film clip and boxing forum telling us 'how it is'..... I'd like to hear what Ironbull thinks of the fight.... obviously he'll want khan to win but how does he see it going?

Barrera was actually looking younger than he has recently in that clip. Its amazing what a good training camp can do for a fighter. Who knows, the break from boxing might just give us another couple of Barrera classics before he hangs em up.

He will really want to face the winner of Diaz v JMM and a good performance against Khan will generate interest again. Beating Khan will be a pleasure to watch and Warrens face will be a picture lol
