Same day weigh in and will ALSO refuse pre-fight weigh in for HBOs unofficials on the functional height/weight/reach advantages.

Yeller, like many who hide their weight from future opponents, don't want no one to know who they actually fighting.

Canelo is a disgrace, if he's still breathing after the 12th round Bob Bennett and Co. will award him 115-113 x3.

The IBF 10 pound stipulation is so stupid. They are going to have less and less high profile fighters wanting to contest their belt.

Even Golovkin comes in above 170 for most of his fights.

Well I've heard from some that say it's legal and have no probs with it to those that thought Jacobs was at least going against the spirit of boxing whatever that means?
Funny enough I did see an interview the other day from some respected pundit who said that Jacobs was like a cruiserweight that night which helped him survive, thought that cruiserweight thing was just a fan thing till I saw that.
Not sure about Canelo as nobody knows his weight on fight night anyway,I thought at 160 he'd put that to rest as 160 will suit him well in that he'll have more energy, strength etc, makes no sense coming in too heavy when he needs to be light on his feet I'd of thought?

Short of inventing a time travel machine it's a bit late for that.

Canelo already doesn't have the best of movement .... if he comes in heavy if anything it'll play into golovkins hands even more .... he'll trap canelo on the ropes and he'll be a sitting duck for those bombs GGG will be throwin at him

It goes against the spirit because he didn't let GGG know, so GGG stayed at weight while Danny Was pounds heavier and rehydrating.

Golovkin would have honored it anyway, because he wants to unify the division and doesn't want to be stripped. It clearly puts him at a disadvantage against some of his challengers though.
