What do you think Berto's initial reaction was when he heard Clottey call him out?

I can't see Berto beating Clottey. Now that Berto has a title, he's going to have to step up quickly.

Yeah. I think Berto is in a very tough situation, but he's gonna make the best caareer decisions. We'll see...

I don't know about that. Berto hasn't really been tested yet, but this guy is quite phenomenal. I don't think he should step up right away, and fight Clottey (give it 2 good fights in between), but if he does more power to him. I think he could actually beat Clottey, but it's gonna be by the skin of his teeth if he gets a decision.
Can't wait to actually see Berto once he gets some experience on his side. He reminds me of Floyd mayweather so much...Just with more punching power. Hopfully, he's able to take down the giants of the WW division, and maybe a true, complete WW could unify the titles...Not just some 160 pounder who has to deplete to make weight, and uses sheer size to win.
Not knocking Marg, Williams, Cotto, or Clottey, but these guys don't nearly walk around at 147 in day to day life. They all also lack something:
    Marg/ Williams: Great boxing skills
    Cotto: Chin
    Clottey: To defensive

Berto seems like he could be a much more complete fighter than these guys (just like everybody would agree Mayweather is)...but who knows if he's big enough, or not.

This is exactly why I was stressing that Berto should be fighting guys like Collazo (Thats who I wanted him to fight the most) Cintron or even Quintana. Berto and his team is going to find out going from forbes to clottey is no joke.

I dunno but the Clottey that fought tonight would get outboxed by Berto....but who knows, would be an interesting fight.

Forbes shouldn't even be fighting for a title. How the hell do you lose, and your next fight is for the official title of the division? Forbes is just a guy who looks good on ppl's resumes right now, just because of DLH.
