I can't get on board with the Yarde hate on here.

He's only 15 fights in with barely any amateur background. He is big and can knock people out with nice shots. Needs to tweak his defense and movement but otherwise he has a big future.

He'd beat Buglioni and Burton. Johnson would be a close fight.

 

Yarde will not challenge for the British title. I also think Buatsi beats him now.

Yarde was offered a fight with Beterbiev, but refused...............I don't blame him, Beterbiev would kill him!

 

Yardes going to end up like Brook - 30 fights in hardly an opponent worth mentioning in sight.

Johnson Yarde would be a good scrap - two guys who can bang and Johnson would be coming to win... Would be interesting to see Yarde get pushed back rather than being a flat track bully with all the advantages...We can dream

 

That's not quite true about brook. He was avoided came to number 1 mandatory for pacquios WBO belt but they always gave Manny a pass and he didn't have to take on brook. Let's face it brook was to high risk little reward for Manny. His career stalled at this point he had nowhere to go he was stuck. So they went IBF route and got porter.

Yarde is different he just won't take Johnson even with career high payday as he wants to conti he fighting bums. Fw is protecting him as he knows he isn't the real.deal yet.
