..unlike when he fought Canelo, when he was “scared of the counters”. Smith was going for the bigger stronger heavier hitting Beterbiev and actually throwing punches with intent. He was actually throwing combos against Beterbiev as he was getting jab ramrodded in the face and taking right hands to the midsection. Against smaller ginger Canelo he wasn’t throwing with intent at all or with volume (or even that many single punches)…at a smaller guy with no KO record….come on Smith was paid off against Clenelo just like Kovalev
