No, not yet. Light-heavy is a bad decision to make as of right now. He can feed on the super middleweights, and he has such an opportunity here to make himself a great of the division. But yes eventually he'll need to step up. Just not yet. Once light-heavyweight has sorted itself out (As in we have a clear king or at least one or two clear main fighters) then he can go up there and challenge them. For now, there is no room for anymore big names and it is risky to even go up there right now.
