Whilst watching the paul smith fight i thought he would try and work the body more and his limited success was when he did this. I know callum probably isn't ready yet but he has a wicked body shot and might hurt abraham more than his brother. Thoughts?

I agree and I think he is ready, he is in my opinion considerably better than Paul, no disrespect to him but I see Callum as a serious talent. Paul did hurt AA to the body in roughly the 5th or 6th round. Callum hits the body much harder than Paul plus I think he has the dimensions to do a Froch type job on AA.

I also watched the fight and thought even though Hearn will be disappointed that Paul lost but he must be licking his lips at making the Callum Smith fight early in 2016 I would have thought.

Can't understand why Smith didn't work the body more after he clearly hurt Abraham. What's more i can't understand why he didn't pounce on him after he hurt him, and how the corner didn't drill this point home to tap the head and work the body. I think as brave as Paul Smith fought, he'll maybe feel a little disappointed that he didn't unleash more against Abraham. He's not the fighter he once was. Get him on the back foot with sheer work rate and you can hurt him. Paul Smith didn't look fit enough to take it to him in the required volume.

I have wondered and posted as to why more people aren't targeting Abrahams belt, you could make an argument that he isn't even a top 10 Super Middle! The Smith fight would be easy to promote, on last night's fight the Germans love there cheesy fights and would have no problem building up a Callum Smith fight with the brother out for revenge.

I don't think Callum would have a problem with Abraham but I don't think he's ready to be a title holder in one of the toughest divisions. I do think Sauerland will keep the title in house for as long as possible, I personally can't wait for Abraham vs Stiglitz 12.

Abraham is easy top 5 super middle! Froch is better along with Ward, Andre Dirrell and then you have Groves, Dirrell, Degale, Smith and then Chavez that might be better but haven't proved it yet in the division.

I said you could make an argument he's not! Froch Ward Dirrel Dirrel Groves DeGale Smith Bika Ramirez Kessler Chavez Jnr Sturm. See, you would leave yourself a lot of arguing to do ha.

My point was on his last two showings again a domestic level fighter I don't think he is top 5 and there are alot of guys who beat him.

I think he's there for the taking. Abraham doesn't travel though so that might put him off.

Sturm next for Abraham isn't it?

A step up too far for Callum, he'd get mauled for 12 rounds

CS is a european level fighter, not ready and never will be ready for the elite and you can quote me on that.

Callum like his bros will be exposed as another over rated scouser when he really steps up to the plate.

The pride of Hammersmith would school him.

    No Smith from Liverpool would.
