Good show by Fielding though.

Ian John Lewis is such a **** ref. He was clearly going to jump in as Vera was bundled to the floor and wipe the gloves, but when Vera stood up and got tagged he just let it go. Then came the British stoppage.

 

Hate to say it Fielding looked very good, Vera was there to hit tonight but Fielding impressed me with his variety and he clearly had great accuracy and power. So Fielding VS Smith (should he beat Rebrasse) won't be as one sided as I thought, I still expect a Smith victory with the body shots. But Fielding has improved a great deal.
Vera's punch resistance has gone downhill though, he seemed so easy to hit and slow tonight. Expect his days of being a gatekeeper as being numbered. He's slowed down physically big time.(In fairness Vera has always been easy to hit)

 

That was some legit BS. The punch that really rocked Vera was when he got up from the floor, WTF was that?!

Not Fieldings fault that the ref had no control, he did what he had to do.

Ref should have stepped in when vera touched down you cant expect fighters in the heat of battle to hear instructions REF needs to take control

 

I agree, Fielding did what he had to do, I have no problem with Rocky, he seems like a nice man.

IJL should be instantly sacked, he has made f*** up after f*** up, he will never learn. surely there are better referee's out there than him.
