    Smith and its not close.

Froch was over rated to hell by beating middles or hype jobs.

What other "master boxer" performances did he throw in?

you didn't watch the "master boxer" at work vs Dirrell?

That was sweet science at its peak.

Froch got his ears boxed off by Groves, he only won by attrition. Froch was too tough and Groves couldn't handle the heat.

Smith was out boxing Groves, and timing him at will. Groves never landed 1 big shot on Callum and he's a hell of a lot more of a sniper than Froch.

Smith is too big, he would pummel Froch.

I said a while back Ward never fought a monster like Smith. I'd actually say in terms of skill, Groves was actually more effective than Ward against Froch.

Ward just out hustled and wrestled his way to victory. Ffs I'd like to see him try that against a massive frame like Smith.

People forget Froch was actually starting to get to Ward late in their fight.

    Lol, Froch come on.

Are you guys picking Smith over Calzaghe now too because of a win over a shop worn, coming off injury Groves. Hell I had Groves up after 6, his chin doesn't let him down again he probably wins the decision.

Can't be sure about this one. Gotta see Froch in the ring what happens to him after Smith punches. Smith is big!

Wow 1st time in this thread just presumed it would be a shut out for froch by knockout. And I'm one of those that remember Carl's limitations as a boxer.

I'm not saying Smith wouldn't of won some rounds on froch through the clash of styles but I only ever see 1 outcome from this fight.

Your going to sit here and tell me Groves was prime vs Smith????
And yet the fight i had him dead even with Smith and that was a shaky Groves.
Hell SMITH hasnt met anyone the size of Froch either so how would he handle that?Froch by stoppage.

Wow he`s huge, his guard is great and it`s an active guard also, his lead hand moves and you don`t know what to do next, Groves was trying to feint him with the jab the same way he turned Eubank over, but Smith was too long and ready, he`s going to take over this division, I don`t know how people didn`t spot this guy before. This guy is better than Froch was, I feel.

    For now, Froch.

Let's not pretend this was a prime Groves here. Froch took that.

Smith isn't an easy night for anyone with his attributes. Decent chin, good power, decent hand speed and huge frame.

But we need to see if he will add wrinkles too his game.

Still a weak division in comparison to the one Froch fought in, and fought everyone in

Depends if Frog could drag him into a war..

Smith would pick him apart otherwise. Frog used his face for defense... Sloppy fighter at times too but a great chin, engine & will to win!

    Grebbit ..
