Late 2016 give Callum another 8 decent fights under his belt say he wins them comfortably and gains some experience.

George goes into the fight a big favourite coming off some good wins of his own and holding a version of the Supermiddlewight/lightheavyweight world title

    who wins? and how?

Travis Dickinson called out groves before the fight yesterday. Rather see that first.

Travis beat him as an amateur... but Groves is leagues above now.

Agree tho travis height would be a issue. Groves should avenge his losses like a true warrior

I think come 12-18 months time Callum Smiths jab would cause GG more problems. Not to mention CS better punch variety and the much greater power he has. Smith will be a lot better then than now which is frightening, GG on other hand I doubt will be as he will be badly battered of Carl Froch before then

Both of them have good punch selection... not so sure Smith can wallop as hard as Groves though.

I think in 18 months Smith will be a light Heavy. GG is maxed at super middle

Smith will lose to any world level guy with movement, he does not move his head what so ever. Tobias Webb was catching him a lot in the first round. If Webb had power it would have told us more about Smith.

Obviously impossible to say how they will progress, Smith in particularbut if I had to pick I would go with Groves. He seems a bit more elusive and will still have an advantage in experience.

Another question in the build up to the fight do you feel a more experienced Groves would treat Smith how Froch treated him in their first fight? Also do you think it could be as big of a fight as Froch vs Groves 1?

He punches a lot harder, As Eddie Hearn said 6 months ago when he was promoter of GG that Callum Smith p4p is the biggest puncher in his stable and that he said includes Carl Froch (who hits harder than Groves)
