I agree. He did say he didn’t want high risk and wants to try and make a go of it one last time. But as co main it can’t be a knock over job and as he wants to build it can’t be a killer so needs some kind of name value and story. A Teper or Hammer rematch would fit that. Both decent names. Lost a. Few since he fought them and has a story behind it. Both also winnable fights
This is why the rules need to change the weight controls. It seemed like a good idea to prevent guys going in dried out like prunes, but the day before weigh in has been a good example of the law of unintended consequences! Change is needed. Urgently!
