serge boxes callum's head off easily... smith is an arguable champ in a weak division with normal skill. All things he has are size and power, which wouldnt be his advantages at all against kova

I'm talking for Callum Smith, who was "i want the best fights, i want to fight with Bivol, to take a revange for my lost from him in amateurs", maybe thinking that this won't happen soon, because BIvol is in LHV.But Bivol is ready to go down even if it is for tomorrow, posted in his instagram.Callum is ducking Bivol.
I don't like these kind of things, when they 1st talk for fights that they know(or think)won't happen, and when they have a chance to proof their words in the ring, then comes the time to see how good are these "i will beat all them" in silence/ducking mode.

Mouthwatering fight. Edge surely goes to the more experienced Kovalev except I believe he may just get clipped by the deceptively heavy handed Smith and knocked out if he wants to turn the fight into a war but if he chooses to play it smart and focuses on outboxing Smith then, experience prevailing, Kovalev likely emerges the victor IMO.

Callum ran away from Bivol, what makes you think he has a real chance against Kovalev.

Actually the general consensus among those involved in the sport is that power is the LAST thing to go. It's probably unanimous actually you ****ing scholar.

Kovalev is far removed from his prime so if this happens I expect Smith to stop Kovalev mid to late and dominate every round. Kovalev's preffered range has always been at long range, there was a point in time where he was probably peerless in that category, and at that same point in time he was one of the top 3 boxers in all of pro boxing at keeping his range and keeping the fight at the range he wanted, maybe even the best at it. Footwork is probably the single most important factor involved in that. Kovalev always had severely underrated skills, most specifically his footwork, but his athleticism and foot speed were even more underrated.

He still has his footwork, though its noticeably slipped but not due to aging. He does not however still have that foot speed. Against Smith he would be at a significant height disadvantage so I assume he would also be at a significant reach disadvantage against Smith.

Smith could do a far better job at fighting andnstaying at long range. If he did, I think any version -- can prime Kovalev struggles against Smith. Current one has lost too much of almost everything, especially foot speed for this to be competitive imo. Also, with his problems outside the ring and all the questions regarding his drive and desire, you never k ow when he is gonna show up motivated after going balls out all camp long to a drunk just showing up for a check and
getting embarrassed and faceplanting I to the canvas and subsequently flailing around the ring like he ate a bottle full of 2mg xanax bars.

With your mouth full of Teofimo Lopez' pick and balls I didn't think you'd be able to run your mouth. I was wrong and not really surprised. You're clearly a battle tested vet when it comes to fellating young, overhyped, and untested can crushers. Too bad guys like you dont get issued purple hearts for taking money shots to the face all day long. I'll give him credit though, most kids his age are setting themselves up badly in debt for student loans half assing their way to a worthless degree and have hard decisions to make daily, like what brand of beer is immobilizing them that night. Instead Teofimo is a boss, crushing cans in the ring, and then destroying your mouth/rear end(what he prefers at that specific time?) and all the other middle aged to old men turned his personal sex slaves all because he ruined some completely outclassed, outgunned, and out-gifted boxers who were hand picked for him just so ge could get such a fierce and impressive crew of groupies/tricks.

Lol I'm the first person here to admit I'm dumb as ****, but as dumb as I am what I posted made total sense to you. And what'd you get your own personal emoji? Rolling around the floor after Teofimo took his pet gerbil and sent it on a search and destroy mission up your rear while he's stuffing your mouth. What a crew of straight gangsters Lopez has for groupies. For a group of middle aged and effeminate tricks you guys are some stone cold killers.

I would imagine this would need to happen at LWH.

I don't think Kovalev would boil down well to 168 - no chance his team takes a fight at SMW. OTOH, Smith has the frame for LWH - and it's easier to make big money at LWH than SMW.

So, yeah, I think the fight gets made. Good money if it's in the UK - and while I think Smith is a pretty live underdog (because I think he's got good range and Kovalev isn't the best deep-water fighter) - I think it's less risky for Kovalev than fights against Bivol, Beterbiev or Govozdyk.

Kovalev didn't look as good As Alvarez looked like dog crap. I don't know anything about Smith 168 is fairly weak however. I think Smith has better boxing skills than Eledier alvarez and Kovalev will have to chose krusher 6 rounds or non-krusher 12 rounds. I'm assuming Kovalev wont get the knockout.
