    Regardless of what Walshs ceiling is it's pretty easy to see that this was a squash/showcase match and not a potential banana peel.

    Yeah, but one could be forgiven for thinking that even matches like this could be a banana peel for Walsh. Since Ismael Villarreal came within a hair of KOing him. Walsh just isn't very good.

    Anyone know why Walsh is being promoted by The UFC rather than a promotion like Top Rank or Goldenboy?

    Seems like it would be a better fit for him because he’s being second fiddle to their MMA promoting and could probably get more eyes on him if he was with a boxing promotion.
