Iʻve been training for a while now and I just noticed that I have calluses on my fingers; particularly on my index fingers and thumbs.

I discovered that whatʻs causing this are my thumbs rubbing against the sides of my index fingers near the finger joints closest to the fingertips whenever I throw punches (mostly during straight punches)

Iʻm not too worried about it, in fact Iʻm kind of proud to have them. But just in case, are my hands too loose before I tighten them when I throw punches? Does anyone else have these kind of calluses?

OP you think thats bad you should look at the state of the calluses on ya mams arse hole. Its the friction that does it. **** works you could try that on your hands

anyway i came in here to give some variety of advice

Then i read Ant Mans recomendations

Nothing need to be said now, he has covered it all
