    It wasn't who he fought, it was how he fought & the approach he took. He hasn't fought like that in years

    Rodriguez is a B + level fighter, he is not on the level of Cotton.

    Delvin is no where near B+. You can't even call him a journeyman. The biggest win he had was Wolak... big deal.

    Cotto is still a decent boxer and garbage fighters like Delvin can't compete with someone who has actual skill. Cotto is still top 10 Jr Middle, but not top 5
    Floyd, Trout, Canelo, Lara, Vanes and Andrade likely beat him... Maybe even the Mandingo Warrior... just kiddin.
