Is it true staying calm during fights and in a sparring session u will do alot better.i think being shaky will actually help u waste energy.and tire out easily.

im very calm when i fight and although i dont tire at all it works against me as i dont have the aggression which my opponent might have and i will be overwelmed with punches.
I think if you have enough skill to throw a few and have a good defence then staying calm would be an advantage.

Being calm in the sense that you can control yourself but being assertive and agressive gets you the best results.

I definately think being calm and relaxed is an advantage. Get to anxious you tire out way to quick. Being a tiny tiny bit nervous is good though. You also move faster when your not tensing up i believe.

yeah, you need to be a little bit nervous, gets adrenaline wich can give you a big advantage, but too much adrenaline in the system can make you very rough around the edges.
