3000 just now, like to **** about with them, few months ago i pissed about and upped it to 6000 and gained 40lbs in 8 weeks haha
Your body adapts to maintain on lower calories. Then eventually when you aren't losing on 1600kcal you have to either decrease food further or up cardio. For a person with his stats, 1600kcal is horrendous.
Will do :good Done me no harm so far! Besides, you're just workign off a figure of 1600cal, that could be in one sitting it could be in 4 or 5 small meals throughout the day, you haven't a clue. The fact is, I have a very sedentary job where I sit at a desk for 8 hours straight, if I upped the calories I'd be a fat ****. I'm trying to maintain not grow. Trust me, I'm a sexy beast.
In fact, I've just calculated it: Breakfast = Bowl of Fruit and Fibre and milk = approx 378cal Lunch = 140g Chicken Breast & 125g Wholegrain Rice = 368cal Dinner = 140g Chicken Breast & 125g Wholegrain Rice = 368cal Supper = Bowl of Fruit and Fibre and milk = approx 378cal Total = 1492cal Such a varied diet!!
I've never counted calories only grams of protien. I weigh 235 pounds at 5' 10" used to compete in bodybuilding and boxing now just maintain for health
I count protein and, as much as I'd like to take in 200g per day, it's too ****ing expensive, so I'm at about 100g per day Trying to keep the carbs down really, no more than 100g per day
What difference are you suggesting that makes exactly? I love how you say that I don't have a clue, then post an example day of under 1,500kcal which if the food choices posted are consistent, you're running into a number of deficiencies.
180lb 2400 calories. 340grams of carbs and 130-150g protein. I'm trying to maintain this weight and have energy
Hahaha yeah man, 2-3 times a day. I take ginger pills to help with my digestion and it seems to help. I'm taking a few days off training because i injured my knee so i'm gonna lower my calories for a little
1500 cal is to little. my grandma eats more than that! if your eating healthy, and you are boxing there is no reason to not up your cal intake to around 2 to 2.5k.
