Adamek is a come forward fighter the majority of the time. He gets hit a lot, he's happy to take a punch to give a few back. He has good skills, but they'll often go out the window...and he'll resort to a brawl quite freely.

Kessler is a technician. He will rarely come far forward unless he has to, he prefers to stand at his range, where he can get his punches off. He does not like getting hit, its not part of his makeup to take punches, he would rather be risk free and more defensively solid than go to war.

Also if you compare their output, Kessler throws 3 jabs for every one Adamek throws which presents one problem. Adamek will throw far more hooks, and the odd body shot whereas Kessler rarely does.

The mentality of the two is completely different, which is why they move differently. There is a very vague comparison to be made between the schooling they've got. That is it.

You talk utter ****, has Calzaghe not fought plenty of Yanks that have been 'the one' to do him?
Everytime he beats one American another name comes up he has to beat, just accept he's a brilliant fighter!

Dawson has really done nothing, he won (albeit controversially) against Glen Johnson and a pretty limited Adamek and these wins are by far the best on his record.
He brings nothing to the table in the fight, not a fan base, not a name so lets face not a whole lot of money to tempt Calzaghe into the fight!

The only reason Dawson will take over th LHW division is because all the top guys are getting on (most over 35). He would have beaten none of them in their prime and would struggle against most even now.
Hopkins would destroy Dawson in a complete shut out in my opinion!

I will not debate about Calzaghe ducking Johnson or vice versa and likewise Calzaghe and Hopkins as nobody will ever know the whole truth between what has happened!

Jeff lacy was the hardest hitting middle weight in history, he was unbeatable, Ever wonder why Tyson got so shot...thats because his soul jumped out of his body and into jeff lacy's. it was once said a freight train hit Lacy back when he was young...and every person on that train died while lacy walked off with out a scratch....But with all this Joe still went in the ring with him and absolutly destroyed him, Only Joe could ever over come the mighty jeff lacy....and how did he do it CAUSE HE IS THE BEST OF ALL TIME.

Sorry that you dislike facts, and that America isn't the centre of the world.

Let's face it, not only is Calzaghe the best boxer arouind, he looks better than all the ugly American ones too, but then British men always look better, Look at Christian Bale, David Beckham, Clive Owen, Pierce Brosnan, Jude Law, Sean Connery, Ben Barnes, Orlando Bloom, Daniel Craig, ... and voted in 2000 by the world peoples magazine, Lawerence Olivier finished best looking celebrity of all time, and Vivien Leigh was the best looking female one!

Calzaghe beats every one in his division for best looking and best boxer, period.
