Really? You've surpassed yourself here. Some sources would be welcome.

There have only really been 2 close fights in his career. The Reid fight was pretty close but clear decision to Calzaghe where he was fighting with one hand for most of the fight.

The Hopkins fight I've watched twice. Once live and once on repeat and that was enough. Hard and horrible fight to score but Calzaghe clearly outworked Hopkins to a decision where Hopkins ruined the whole fight with his tactics.

No other fight in his career came anywhere near being a close decision.

How do you come to the conclusion he's talking about judges decisions, in that quote? He's reflecting on what he could of done in his career i.e fighting in America earlier and missing out on publicity deals.

The OP should take up journalism now I've seen the original quote. The tabloids would love him.

He wouldnt have been on about dodgey decisions as in judges decisions at the end of fights where he got the W, he would have been on about such things as going with Warren etc.

Oh, for ****'s sake, this had nothing to do with judges' decision. Idiot thread. FAIL.

Doubt it, he won that fairly. Despite the lengths Hopkins went to "cheat". Feigning low-blows.
